Two males have been charged as greater than 700 hashish vegetation price as much as £295,000 had been discovered.
Police raided properties in Ashington, Northumberland, shortly after 08:00 BST on Wednesday.
They discovered greater than 360 hashish vegetation within the city’s George Avenue and an additional 379 in Station Street.
Two males, aged 38 and 29, had been arrested on the scene and charged with hashish manufacturing.
Det Ch Insp Dave Simpson mentioned: “Hashish farms – notably of this scale – have the potential to generate money which will be reinvested into critical organised crime.”
He added: “Landlords must also be on their guard to test on those that are renting their properties and premises, and for what function.”
