HOPE MILLS, N.C. (WNCN) — On March 20, Hope Mills police seized 72 kilos of marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms throughout a visitors cease.
At 5:30 p.m., police carried out a visitors cease on a car for shifting violations. In the course of the visitors cease, police noticed felony exercise.
K-9 Goose responded and carried out a sniff across the car which resulted in a optimistic alert to the odor of unlawful medicine.
Police discovered and seized 72 kilos of marijuana, one pound of psilocybin mushrooms and 40 psilocybin mushroom edibles.
