Brock Marsh, 40, of Shepparton, pleaded responsible in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court docket to cultivating hashish.
Senior Constable Ethan Hamill stated throughout a search of Marsh’s Shepparton house, police discovered one bag of hashish on the kitchen bench and 4 hashish vegetation within the shed behind the home on February 2, 2024.
When police requested Marsh why he was rising hashish, he advised them it was for “private use”, Sen Constable Hamill stated.
Marsh’s solicitor, Cally He, stated hashish helped her consumer together with his nervousness, which he was identified with in 2018.
Justice of the Peace Simon Zebrowski fined Marsh $500.
