LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Workplace discovered copious quantities of medicine Tuesday in a visitors cease west of Lincoln.
Round 9:15 p.m., the company’s prison interdiction unit pulled over a Chevy Malibu for an improper lane change on Interstate 80.
Chief Deputy Ben Houchin mentioned deputies had been suspicious of prison conduct and searched the automobile.
Inside, deputies discovered 18 kilos of vacuum-sealed marijuana, 3.6 kilos of THC oil, 2 kilos of hash, 1,628 THC vape pens and 10.6 kilos of mushroom chocolate bars.
The driving force – 33-year-old Amanda McCandless of Davenport, Iowa – was arrested on suspicion of possession of a managed substance with intent to ship.
